Second Conversation: Receptionist: Hello, this is the Auto Care Center. How may I help you? You: Hello. This is _____________ and I would like to make an appointment to have my brakes checked. R: What type of car do you have? YOU: It’s a 2000 Ford Taurus. R: How many miles do you have on it? YOU: 65,000 miles. R: When would you like to bring it in? In the morning or the afternoon? YOU: Wednesday morning would be good for me. R: We do not have any openings then. Would Thursday at 10:30 work for you? YOU: Yes, that would be fine. R: May I have your name and a phone number where I could reach you? YOU: My name is __________________ and the phone number is _______________. R: Okay. We’ll see you on Thursday at 10:30.
